Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of project management in complex software
• Experience owning product strategy and roadmap for a technical software product area
• Ability to author detailed, testable technical product requirements including acceptance criteria
• Sufficient depth to understand code, system designs, APIs, and architecture tradeoffs
• Strong knowledge of design controls in regulated environments (21 CFR 820.30, IEC 62304)

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for a single product area from problem definition to shipped outcomes
• Write detailed technical product requirements and participate in architecture reviews
• Make prioritization calls on features, tech debt, refactors, and shipping
• Measure outcomes with business and technical metrics such as adoption and latency
• Collaborate with engineering leads as a technical peer on architecture decisions
• Run customer discovery and translate feedback into the roadmap using analytics tools
• Prepare design control requirements and verification criteria under regulated standards
