Athenahealth in Boston, MA is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead medication management workflows within the athenaClinicals portfolio. You will own strategy and execution, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive measurable outcomes in a hybrid work setting.

The role emphasizes tailoring ordering and reconciliation experiences, reducing workflow friction, and applying AI-enabled methods with responsible rollout. Strong communication with senior leaders is essential.

Qualifications

8+ years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in product management.
Experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner within Agile or Scrum teams.
Experience leading products through discovery, development, launch, measurement, and iteration.

Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of customer and user needs, market dynamics, clinical workflows, and business value to identify opportunities.
Own product strategy and execution for the assigned product area, including prioritization and multi-release roadmap development.
Serve as Product Owner for assigned Scrum teams, defining priorities and scope.
Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle from strategy to measurement of outcomes.
Define epics, user stories, and requirements with UX and Engineering.
Analyze product data and feedback to inform decisions.
Design experiments and validate value before broader rollout.
Evaluate AI-enabled capabilities with safe rollout and monitoring.
