Job summary

Fanatics Commerce, a global leader in licensed sports merchandise, seeks a Senior Product Manager for Made To Order (MTO) & Embellishment. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for the decoration network, including Shop Floor controls and ERP/WMS integrations, partnering with engineering, operations, and finance to optimize throughput and quality.

Qualifications

7+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations tech
Hands-on ownership of MES, WMS, or similar operational platform
Experience with ERP programs and production order data models
Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment across tech, ops, and finance
Data-driven with ability to define metrics and dashboards

Responsibilities

Own the MTO & Embellishment product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for the decoration network
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and ERP/WMS teams to drive throughput and quality
Define requirements, epics, and success metrics; prioritize backlogs with engineering teams
Ensure platform health, observability, and SDLC/compliance across the ecosystem
