Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in decorated apparel production or related ops.
• Experience with multi-channel customization and licensor approvals.
• Experience managing both 3PL and direct factory relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end decoration workflow across programs.
• Coordinate artwork specs, approvals, and vendor submissions.
• Develop decoration concepts and create spec packages for partners.
• Direct production routing, manage 3PL and factory partners.
• Maintain decoration catalogs and DIPs, ensure quality standards.
• Lead Embroidery Specialist and build scalable SOPs.
