Enchanté Accessories seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead product development from concept to production, owning the lifecycle to ensure timely delivery with quality and margin in mind.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in costing, sourcing, and project management, with experience negotiating with overseas factories and coordinating with Sales and leadership to drive development and customer-ready assortments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years in product development or product management.
• Strong experience in costing, margin management, and factory negotiations.
• Experience coordinating with overseas factories and international sourcing partners.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Excel and product tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the product development process from concept through order confirmation and production approval.
• Manage development priorities and timelines to meet calendar milestones and customer deadlines.
• Review samples for design, construction, quality, color, and execution.
• Provide direction on sample revisions and factory comments.
• Identify risks and escalate delays to protect schedules.
• Develop product assortment strategies for customer meetings and ensure samples are ready.
