Job summary

Unrivaled Teamwear seeks a Senior Merchandising Manager to set and execute the product lifecycle for the Mass Channel, developing strategic line plans and guiding seasonal execution. You will drive performance through trend analysis and collaboration with Merchandising Design, Sales, Supply Chain, and Licensing.

You will directly manage the Assistant Merchandising Manager and serve as a key liaison across teams, ensuring line vision and license alignment while delivering strong business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Business, Fashion Design or related field required.
• 6-8 years of progressive merchandising experience in licensed sports, teamwear, or athletic apparel.
• Minimum 1-2 years of leadership experience with a direct report or cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Lead seasonal product line planning - architecture, pricing, SKU productivity, and breadth based on insights and goals.
• Identify market opportunities and trends to influence seasonal strategy and innovation.
• Partner with Design and Product Development to ensure line vision, cost targets, and positioning align with brand and consumer goals.
• Maintain collaboration with Licensing to ensure license requirements and visuals are met.
• Serve as central contact between Merchandising and cross-functional teams (Design, Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Licensing).
• Oversee calendars and ensure timely milestones (concept reviews, CAD reviews, line adoption).
• Lead sales meetings, customer presentations, and internal line reviews.
• Manage and develop the Assistant Merchandising Manager; foster ownership and continuous improvement.
