Job summary

Fanatics Commerce in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Made-To-Order and Embellishment network. You will own the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for the systems powering high-velocity decoration operations across embroidery, screen print, heat press, and sublimation.

Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and ERP/WMS teams to modernize integrations, improve throughput, and enable AI-driven decisions while maintaining SDLC and security standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in manufacturing or operations tech.
• Experience with MES/WMS and ERP programs.
• Translate business needs into product requirements and epics.
• Strong cross-functional communication with engineering, ops, and finance.
• Data fluency and ability to build dashboards.
• Experience delivering in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Familiarity with SDLC, privacy, and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for MTO/Embellishment platform.
• Collaborate with engineering, ops, and ERP/WMS teams to drive integrations.
• Deliver throughput, quality, and speed across decoration operations.
• Manage migration to new Shop Floor Control platform.
• Build visibility and exception tools for production planning.
• Ensure compliant SDLC, privacy, and security practices.
