Job summary

Air is seeking an experienced product manager to shape strategy and execute a roadmap for the low-code/no-code builder within Air Enterprise Readiness. You will prioritize, rationalize, and integrate prototypes into the platform and develop scalable capabilities for customers.

This role reports to the SVP of Product and requires collaboration with PMs, engineering, design, and field teams to deliver value across diverse environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PM experience in B2B SaaS or configurable platforms.
• Fluency in backend systems concepts including authentication and data orchestration.
• Expert in SQL; familiarity with Python and GitLab/GitHub.
• Experience shipping infrastructure or platform services.
• Strong information architecture instincts for configurable enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the builder roadmap balancing technical debt and UI improvements.
• Act as Internal PM for customer teams ensuring platform tools are available to build faster.
• Gather user insights and translate pains into functional requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, AI, and data science teams on scope and timelines.
• Facilitate market introduction of new features while balancing risk, cost and speed.
• Ensure smooth integration of prototyped features across accounts.
