GEP Worldwide in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to bridge customer needs and our platform capabilities during implementations. You will lead front-end discussions of how to solve complex business challenges using our procurement software and low-code capabilities.

The role requires a prior development background, 5+ years in technical product management, and strong communication skills to explain configurations to executives and developers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on software development or engineering background required.
• 5+ years in technical product management or similar roles.
• Familiarity with B2B enterprise SaaS in procurement or supply chain.
• Proven experience with low-code/no-code platforms for enterprise solutions.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into platform configurations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary product expert during customer implementations.
• Provide prescriptive guidance to solve operational problems without custom code.
• Demonstrate and configure tailored solutions on low-code platforms.
• Collaborate with Success, Engineering, Services, and Product teams.
• Gather feedback and influence the product roadmap.
• Create design templates and customer-facing configuration guides.
