Job summary

LANSA, part of Idera, seeks a motivated Product Manager to own LANSA and its roadmap. You will work with customers, internal teams and remote developers to define features and drive releases end‑to‑end.

You will be hands‑on with the product, install and use what your users need, and influence stakeholders across the company. You should excel at problem solving, communicating with executives, and coordinating across time zones.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management or equivalent roles.
• Strong problem solving capabilities and curiosity.
• Ability to influence without formal authority across functions.
• Proven experience with international teams and multi‑time‑zone coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Drive the direction, feature set and release cadence for LANSA.
• Define features with customers, stakeholders and remote teams.
• Document requirements in clear, detailed product specs.
• Track development progress and align with marketing and sales.
• Collaborate with engineering on technical solution discussions.
• Communicate product roadmap and value propositions broadly.
• Organize features to meet business goals and customer needs.
• Lead end-to-end releases and post-launch support, including webinars.
