Job summary

Air is seeking a customer-obsessed AI/ML Product Manager to drive development and integration of AI/ML capabilities within the Air Enterprise Readiness platform. You will own the AI/ML roadmap, translate complex tech into user-friendly solutions, and ensure successful integration of models and algorithms across Air's platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML products or data-driven solutions.
• Experience with ML development lifecycle, including data preparation, model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Proven track record of successfully launching AI/ML products or features in production environments.
• Strong value orientation, understanding of what matters for our customers, and why.
• Self-starter with owner mentality and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Spend time on site with users to understand pain points and identify where AI/ML can automate or provide predictive insights.
• Write PRDs and user stories for AI/ML features.
• Collaborate with data science and AI/ML teams to assess feasibility of solutions.
• Partner with designers and Application PMs to integrate AI/ML into Air workflows without disrupting user experience.
• Articulate value of AI/ML features to sales and customers; define success metrics.
