Job summary

InAir is a fully remote consulting firm delivering Airtable-based solutions across the US and beyond. You will own client relationships, the delivery plan, and the system architecture—primarily using Airtable and integration tools like Make or Zapier—with a dedicated internal engineer handling custom code.

You will lead discovery sessions, design scalable data models, and oversee end-to-end delivery for enterprise clients, ensuring governance, quality, and successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping working systems in relational, low-code, or operations platforms.
• Proven ability to run client meetings, manage scope and multiple projects.
• Based in the US/Canada/LatAm with English C1+ and alignment with US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead Discovery: map complex workflows and translate requirements into technical specs.
• Design Systems at Scale: architect data models and automated workflows for enterprise scale.
• Hands-on Configuration: build and own core system structure without custom coding start-to-finish.
• Run Project Delivery: manage scope, milestones and timelines across a portfolio of clients.
• Optimize Existing Architectures: audit and improve current systems for cleanliness and scalability.
