Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead end-to-end development across a lending technology ecosystem, including platform services, mortgage analytics, and Encompass integrations. You will own multi-quarter initiatives from discovery through post-launch adoption and coordinate with engineering, data science, and operations to deliver cohesive product experiences.

The role requires 7+ years in B2B software product management, strong API and LOS expertise,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in B2B software or financial services technology
• 3+ years managing multiple products or complex platform solutions
• Experience with mortgage technology, lending platforms, or financial services software strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience with Loan Origination Systems (LOS), particularly Ellie Mae Encompass
• Strong understanding of API-driven platform architecture and integration patterns
• Familiarity with mortgage lending workflows, compliance requirements, and industry regulations

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision and strategy across multiple product lines, including platform services and Encompass ecosystem integrations
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps balancing platform capabilities, analytics tools, and third-party integrations
• Own multi-quarter initiatives end-to-end from discovery to post-launch adoption
• Manage interdependencies between platform infrastructure, analytics, and LOS integrations
• Partner with engineering, design, data science, and operations across multiple workstreams
• Present product plans and progress to executive leadership
• Drive performance and optimization through KPI analysis and iteration
