Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead multiple interconnected products across its lending technology ecosystem, including platform services, mortgage analyzers, and Encompass integrations.

You will own initiatives spanning quarterly releases from discovery to production enablement and monitor adoption by lenders. You will bring 7+ years of PM experience in B2B software or financial tech, with deep mortgage tech and LOS/Encompass knowledge.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate product vision and strategy across platform services, mortgage analyzers, and Encompass integrations.
Develop and maintain product roadmaps balancing platform capabilities, analytics tools, and third‑party integrations.
Align initiatives with business goals and market opportunities in lending technology.
Own multi‑quarter initiatives end‑to‑end from requirements through release planning, GTM, and adoption.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product direction.
Own the complete product lifecycle from discovery through launch and optimization across multiple initiatives.
Manage interdependencies between platform infrastructure, analytics, and LOS integrations.
Define and prioritize features based on customer needs, constraints, and business value.
Translate requirements into detailed specifications and user stories.
Partner with engineering, design, data science, and operations across workstreams.
Lead coordination across distributed teams for interconnected solutions.
Facilitate alignment between platform, analytics, and integration teams for cohesive experiences.
Present plans and outcomes to executive leadership and manage expectations across stakeholders.
Work with engineering to trade off scope, quality, and timelines.
Understand architecture of platform services and integration patterns with Encompass.
Ensure scalability, security, and maintainability of solutions.
Evaluate feasibility of features and alternatives.
Define success metrics and KPIs; analyze performance data; drive continuous improvement.
Monitor adoption and engagement across product lines.
