Job summary

Muon Space, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our internal Information Systems and tools.

You will design and manage a portfolio of internal software, integrating ERP/PLM/MES solutions with custom systems to support supply chain, manufacturing, finance, and mission operations. The role requires balancing strategic thinking with execution, aligning cross‑functional teams, and delivering high‑ROI internal solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• 7+ years of Product Management experience shipping internal tools or enterprise software.
• Experience in aerospace/space/defense or deep-tech hardware manufacturing.
• Proven success in build-vs-buy evaluations and integrating SaaS with custom software via modern APIs.
• Strong technical fluency to engage with software engineers and IT leadership.
• Ability to prioritize roadmaps with diverse stakeholder input without direct authority.
• Experience mapping complex operational workflows into software experiences.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Eagerness to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product strategy, vision, and 12–18 month roadmap for Information Systems and internal tools.
• Drive build vs. buy decisions balancing business needs with technical constraints.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Mission Operations.
• Translate complex requirements into clear specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with IS software engineers, analysts, and IT teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Define KPIs to measure adoption and operational efficiency of internal tools.
