Job summary

Muon Space is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our internal Information Systems and tools. You will drive build-vs-buy decisions, integrate with ERP/PLM/MES solutions, and partner with engineering, manufacturing, finance, and mission operations to maximize ROI.

You will translate complex operational needs into product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, while leading agile delivery and ensuring data-driven improvements across the enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years in Product Management shipping internal tools or enterprise systems.
• Experience in aerospace/defense or deep-tech hardware environments a plus.
• Proven build-vs-buy evaluations and integration of SaaS with custom software.
• Strong collaboration with engineers, IT, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Muon Space Information Systems.
• Drive build-vs-buy decisions balancing ERP/PLM/MES with custom solutions.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Finance.
• Translate complex requirements into clear specifications, stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate integrations and data flows across platforms within enterprise architecture.
• Define KPIs to measure adoption and operational impact.
