Muon Space is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our internal Information Systems and tools. You will drive build-vs-buy decisions, integrate with ERP/PLM/MES solutions, and partner with engineering, manufacturing, finance, and mission operations to maximize ROI.

Muon Space is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of our internal Information Systems. You will be responsible for designing and managing various internal software and tools, integrating with industry-leading commercial solutions, and defining the entire Information Systems product lineup and roadmap. Our proprietary systems and enterprise architecture are what enable us to manage our supply chain, manufacturing, financial operations, and mission execution. You will lead the charge on scaling critical business systems to keep pace with our rapidly expanding launch manifest. The work requires a balance of strategic thinking and tactical execution—identifying where Muon Space can gain a strategic advantage through custom-built software and where we should seamlessly integrate with best-in-class third-party platforms. You will act as the bridge between technical software teams and business operations, putting your fingerprints on the operational foundation of the company. This position is hybrid and requires working on-site in our San Jose, CA office three days per week.
The salary range for this role is $227,000- $267,000, plus a competitive equity grant and comprehensive benefits package. Final compensation will be determined based on skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location as assessed during the interview process.
