• 12+ years of product management experience in AI/ML, B2B SaaS, or CRM ecosystems.
• Experience with APIs, data pipelines/warehousing, identity/entitlements.
• Experience shipping AI-powered capabilities and monitoring them with data.
• Experience influencing executives and cross-functional partners with clear metrics.
• Experience producing clear product briefs, PRDs, and status updates.
• Experience championing AI-rich internal apps with reliability and safety.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year product/tech roadmaps for your domain aligned to growth goals.
• Partner with stakeholders and engineering to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Drive buy vs. build decisions and vendor integration strategies.
• Map end-to-end user journeys and improve internal workflows and customer outcomes.
• Lead data strategy for a 360-degree view across CRM, billing, usage, and support.
• Define success metrics and prioritize roadmap investments.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to backlog management and delivery.
• Lead change management with enablement and operations.
• Protect engineering from ad-hoc requests with ROI-driven prioritization.
