Job summary

BYU-Pathway Worldwide is seeking a Senior Product Manager to guide strategic technology products that support online learning for students, instructors, mentors, and administrators. The role spans strategy, discovery, planning, and execution with a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.

Based in Salt Lake City, UT, the position supports a hybrid-remote schedule (1–2 days in-office). You will mentor peers, track product metrics, and drive outcomes aligned with BYU-Pathway’s mission.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in technology product management.
• Experience with enterprise applications; higher ed systems preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; experience managing product budgets.

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy and roadmaps for BYU-Pathway Worldwide’s technology products.
• Discovey, prioritization, planning, and execution across product lifecycles.
• Mentor junior product managers and align stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
• Partner with development to deliver new features and manage budgets.
