Job summary

BYU-Pathway Worldwide, based in Salt Lake City, seeks a Senior Product Manager to guide strategic technology products for online learning. You will collaborate with a team of PMs to deliver student and administrator focused features in a hybrid-remote setting.

The role requires shaping product strategy, roadmaps, budgets, and metrics, mentoring peers, and driving cross-functional collaboration to reduce friction and improve user experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in technology product management.
• Experience shaping product strategy, roadmaps and requirements.
• Experience managing a significant product budget.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Fluency with product management tools and frameworks.
• Experience with higher ed systems (SIS, LMS, CRM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive product lifecycle from strategy to backlog and delivery.
• Mentor junior product managers and strengthen the PM team.
• Lead cross-functional councils aligning business needs with plans.
• Partner with development to deliver features effectively and efficiently.
• Manage annual product budget and report key metrics.
• Document roadmaps, requirements, and backlog with rigor.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices.
