Job summary

TP-Link Systems USA is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Home Networking to own strategy, roadmap development, and execution for a broad portfolio of consumer networking products. You will drive HW, firmware, mobile apps, and cloud integrations across the lifecycle, collaborating with R&D, QA, manufacturing, and sales.

The role requires 5+ years in consumer home networking or related tech, strong PRD skills, and the ability to lead cross‑functional teams in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive product management experience in consumer home networking, connected devices, or smart home tech.
• Proven ability to own hardware‑related product lines from concept to launch and post‑launch optimization.
• Strong experience writing PRDs and driving cross‑functional execution.
• Ability to build roadmaps, GTM strategies, pricing recommendations, and market positioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, roadmap planning, and execution for home networking products across multiple categories.
• Own full product lifecycle from concept through launch and post‑launch optimization.
• Develop PRDs, feature strategies, pricing, and business cases for HW, firmware, app, and cloud experiences.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and trends.
