Job summary

TP-Link Systems Inc. seeks a Product Manager, Home Networking, to drive the development and lifecycle management of next‑generation home networking products, including Mesh systems, Routers, Extenders, and related connected devices.

This role collaborates across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and marketing to define requirements and coordinate launches from concept through shipment. The ideal candidate is passionate about connected technology, excels in cross‑functional teamwork, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS, EE, SE, business, or related field.
• 3–4 years of product management experience in consumer home networking or related tech.
• Experience writing PRDs and translating business requirements into specs.
• Understanding of home networking technologies including routers, mesh, wireless, and cloud services.
• Strong communication and collaboration across technical and non‑technical teams.
• Experience with competitive analysis and market research.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive and able to drive execution independently.
• Passion for emerging consumer networking technologies.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop consumer home networking products across categories.
• Manage products through full lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Write PRDs and product specs for hardware, firmware, app, and cloud features.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities.
• Translate customer needs into actionable product solutions.
• Collaborate with R&D and QA to communicate requirements and prioritize features.
• Coordinate with PMO, manufacturing, industrial design, supply chain, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Support launch planning and cross-functional communication.
• Analyze customer feedback and market trends to recommend enhancements.
• Participate in discussions around AI integrations and new wireless standards.
• Drive product quality, usability, security, performance, and user experience.
