Job summary

TP-Link Systems Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for Home Networking to guide the development and lifecycle management of next-generation networking products, including mesh systems, routers, extenders, and cloud-connected services.

You will own PRDs, coordinate across hardware, software, and cloud teams, and drive launches from concept through shipment in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS/EE/Software Eng/Business or related field.
• 3–4 years of product management experience in consumer home networking or related tech industries.
• Experience writing Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
• Understanding of home networking technologies (routers, extenders, mesh, wireless standards).

Responsibilities

• Define and manage consumer home networking products across multiple categories.
• Oversee full product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Write and maintain PRDs and specifications for hardware, firmware, app, and cloud features.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities.
• Translate customer needs into actionable product solutions.
• Collaborate with R&D, QA, PMO, manufacturing, supply chain, and design teams.
• Support launch planning, readiness, and cross-functional communication.
• Analyze feedback and trends to propose feature enhancements.
