Job summary

TP-Link Systems Inc. is seeking a Product Manager, Home Networking to drive development and lifecycle management of mesh systems, routers, extenders, Wi‑Fi solutions, and related products.

You will work across hardware, firmware, apps, and cloud services to deliver compelling consumer networking experiences. Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in product management, proven PRD writing ability, and strong market analysis skills.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of product management experience in consumer tech or networking.
• Experience writing Product Requirement Documents (PRD) and translating requirements into specs.
• Experience conducting competitive analysis and market research in consumer technology.
• Strong communication and collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop consumer home networking products across Mesh, Routers, Extenders, and related categories.
• Manage products through full lifecycle from concept to launch and shipment.
• Write and maintain PRDs and product specifications for hardware, firmware, app, and cloud features.
• Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and trend evaluations.
• Translate customer needs into actionable product solutions and prioritize features.
• Collaborate with R&D, QA, PMO, manufacturing, and supply chain to ensure successful execution.
• Support launch planning, readiness, and cross-functional communication.
