Job summary

TP-Link Systems Inc. in the United States seeks a Senior Product Manager for Home Networking to lead strategy, roadmap, and execution of mesh systems, routers, extenders, and cloud-enabled products. The role covers hardware, firmware, mobile apps, and cloud services across the product lifecycle.

You will own PRDs, define GTM strategies, and partner with R&D, QA, manufacturing, and sales to drive successful launches in a fast-paced consumer tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience within consumer home networking, connected devices, smart home, or related technology industries; 6+ years preferred.
• Experience owning hardware-related product lines and managing products through the complete product development lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of consumer home networking technologies, including routers, mesh systems, wireless standards, cloud-connected ecosystems, and mobile app integrations.
• Demonstrated experience writing detailed PRDs and driving execution across cross-functional teams.
• Strong strategic thinking, GTM strategies, pricing recommendations, and market positioning knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, roadmap planning, and execution of consumer home networking products across multiple categories.
• Own full product lifecycle from concept to launch, shipment, and post-launch optimization.
• Develop PRDs, feature strategies, pricing recommendations, and business cases for hardware, firmware, mobile apps, and cloud services.
• Conduct industry-wide market research to identify trends, needs, and opportunities.
• Define GTM strategies, target markets, and competitive differentiation for product lines.
• Collaborate with R&D, QA, PMO, manufacturing, supply chain, and sales/marketing to ensure successful launches.
