Job summary

Cypress HCM is seeking a Senior Product Manager for a machinery manufacturer in the Milwaukee area. You will own the blow molding product line, blending strategy, technical depth, and sales support to grow beverage, liquid food, and packaging markets.

You will work with sales, engineering, and other teams to create technically and financially sound quotations for capital equipment, retrofit, and expansions, while guiding product roadmaps and lifecycle cost analysis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical experience in engineering, technical sales, product management, or a related discipline within packaging or industrial machinery.
• 3+ years of experience developing quotations or proposals for complex capital equipment.

Responsibilities

• Review RFQs from sales teams and customers; analyze specifications and technical needs.
• Support the sales process through customer meetings, presentations, and technical discussions.
