Job summary

PracticeTek in the United States is seeking a Senior Product Manager for PracticeTek Pay to steer embedded payments and partner integrations, shaping the roadmap to improve provider cash flow and patient checkout experiences.

You'll collaborate with engineering, design, and operations, owning discovery, prioritization, and go-to-market readiness. The role requires 6+ years in SaaS product management, healthcare payments, and strong cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of SaaS product management experience, preferably with healthcare payments.
• Ability to translate customer insights and payments data into clear requirements and roadmaps.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across engineering, design, QA, sales, support, and compliance.
• Analytical fluency with data-driven decision making and familiarity with AI-enabled product ideas.

Responsibilities

• Own the PracticeTek Pay product strategy and roadmap to improve provider cash flow and patient checkout experiences.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, requirements, prioritization, delivery, launch, post-launch iteration.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors (Adyen, Zentact, Salesforce) to enable cross-functional outcomes.
