athenahealth in Boston, MA is seeking a Product Manager to lead the Clinicals Front End and Application Performance areas, building a modern front-end architecture and improving speed and responsiveness for physicians and care teams.

You will own the product vision, write epics, manage backlogs, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, UX, Cloud teams to deliver measurable outcomes. The role requires 5–10 years of PM experience and expertise in React/ GraphQL, Agile, and AI-enabled development.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5–10 years of experience in product management, technical product management, business analysis, or software delivery, in an agile environment.
• Experience in healthcare or healthcare technology.
• Experience with web application technologies, such as React and GraphQL, and observability tools such as Chrome DevTools and Datadog.
• Experience working with Agile or Scrum product development teams.
• Ability to analyze complex problems, use qualitative and quantitative evidence, and develop scalable product solutions.
• Ability to travel up to 10-15% annually for client site visits, conferences, and trainings.

Responsabilidades

• Define the product vision, business cases, and roadmap.
• Serve as Product Owner for assigned scrum teams by defining epics and user stories, prioritizing the backlog, and making informed trade-offs.
• Collaborate with your team to define the end-to-end product development lifecycle and measure outcomes.
• Establish and monitor performance measures for visibility into product outcomes and risks.
• Evaluate market conditions and customer needs to guide prioritization and investment decisions.
• Support other product and engineering teams delivering new front-end features with shared libraries and tools.
• Become a subject matter expert on physician and care team user experience and web app development best practices.
• Lead AI-native product development across the lifecycle and scale AI adoption across the R&D organization.
