Job summary

HarmonyCares is seeking a Principal Product Manager, Data & Analytics to define and execute the strategy for the enterprise data platform and analytics stack. You will partner with Tech, Actuarial, Clinical, and Operations to build scalable data capabilities that improve decision-making and patient outcomes.

This senior role requires 7+ years in product management with healthcare data experience and a proven track record delivering data products and AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of product management experience with focus on data products and analytics.
• 3+ years of healthcare data experience, including HL7 data and ETL concepts.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data platforms, APIs, and data accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for HarmonyCares' enterprise data platform.
• Improve discoverability, usability, and adoption of enterprise data products and self-service analytics.
• Partner with clinical, operational, actuarial, and tech teams to evolve data platforms.
• Develop scalable, governed, trusted data capabilities for analytics and reporting.
