Job summary

HarmonyCares seeks a Principal Product Manager Platform & Integration to orchestrate work across people, processes, systems, and data, enabling clinicians and operations to deliver high-quality home-based care at scale.

You will drive enterprise capabilities for patient engagement, scheduling, care coordination, and workflow orchestration, partnering with Operations, Clinical, and Technology leaders to align with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years product management, including 3+ years in platform/integration.
• 3+ years healthcare IT, enterprise systems, data platforms, or regulatory environments.
• Experience owning enterprise platforms, APIs, integrations, or technical products in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of APIs, interoperability, and enterprise integration.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy, roadmap, and execution for foundational platform capabilities (shared services, workflow orchestration, enterprise integration).
• Own capabilities coordinating work across people, processes, systems, and data to deliver scalable care operations.
