Job summary

HarmonyCares is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Platform & Integration to orchestrate cross-functional workflows and drive enterprise scale. You will own shared services, API integrations, and orchestration across clinical and operational teams, partnering with Operations, Clinical, and Technology leaders.

You will translate complex tech concepts into business value, balance technical investments with business goals, and lead roadmap decisions to enable scalable, automated care

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years focused on platform, infrastructure, integration, or enterprise technology products
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare technology (Healthcare IT) or highly regulated industries
• Prior experience owning enterprise platforms, APIs, integrations, or technical products within complex environments
• Experience working closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable technology solutions
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems, APIs, integration platforms, and interoperability concepts
• Knowledge of platform reliability, observability, and scalability practices
• Experience balancing technical debt with business-driven feature delivery

Responsibilities

• Define and own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for foundational platform capabilities
• Own capabilities that coordinate work across people, processes, systems, and data
• Develop a deep understanding of user needs and operational workflows to identify improvement opportunities
• Partner with stakeholders to design workflows balancing UX, efficiency, and scalability
• Drive the evolution of platform capabilities enabling scalable, automated workflows across functions
• Define and prioritize platform investments to increase automation and reduce friction
• Drive investment decisions balancing technical strategy, business impact, and capacity
• Establish reusable platform capabilities that accelerate delivery across product teams
• Develop and execute integration strategies with internal systems and external partners
• Drive platform adoption by meeting the needs of stakeholders
• Align initiatives with goals and roadmaps
• Drive cross-functional alignment among technology, operations, clinical, and business teams
• Establish success metrics and monitor platform performance and outcomes
• Support innovation through platform foundations and AI-driven solutions
