Job summary

HarmonyCares is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Data & Analytics to define and execute the enterprise data platform strategy. You will own the data foundation powering analytics, AI capabilities, and enterprise reporting across the organization.

You will partner with Tech, Actuarial, Clinical, and Operations to build a scalable, governed data ecosystem that drives better patient outcomes and enterprise growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, with focus on data products and analytics.
• 3+ years of healthcare data experience, including HL7, claims data and ETL.
• Strong understanding of data platforms, APIs, and data accessibility patterns.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and execution for enterprise data platform and analytics stack.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish governance, quality, and reliability of data.
• Improve discoverability, usability, and self-service analytics across the organization.
• Build capabilities for analytics, enterprise reporting, ML/AI-powered solutions.
• Evolve enterprise performance monitoring and actionable insights with leadership.
• This role may require additional duties as assigned.
