Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Staff Product Manager to define and deliver high‑impact product initiatives in healthcare, pharmacy operations, and strategic growth.

You will work with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Data and Business leaders to translate complex needs into clear product requirements and drive outcomes. You will lead discovery, establish KPIs/OKRs, and ensure scalable, compliant solutions while mentoring other PMs and raising the bar for product quality and execution across the

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in product management with cross‑functional ownership.
• Experience working with engineering teams in agile development environments.
• Healthcare, pharmacy, fintech, or enterprise platforms experience.
• Excellent communication, storytelling and stakeholder management with influence without authority.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience building products for pharmacy or healthcare services.
• Experience with data‑driven personalization, automation, or AI‑enabled capabilities.
• Proven track record of setting product strategy at portfolio or platform level.
• Experience mentoring or coaching other Product Managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery through customer research, data analysis, experimentation and validation.
• Translate complex business and clinical needs into clear product requirements.
• Define KPIs/OKRs and monitor product performance over time.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Pharmacy Operations, Data and Business leaders.
