Job summary

Amazon’s Ring & Blink Accessories team seeks a Senior PM‑T to own the accessory vision for batteries, solar chargers, power supplies, and companion devices. You will drive product strategy, own roadmaps, and coordinate across engineering and partners to deliver impactful accessories that solve real customer problems.

You will influence technical decisions, manage multiple programs, and advocate for key customers during prioritization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.

• Define and drive product strategy through comprehensive internal and external market analysis
• Exceptional written and verbal skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively
• Leverage GenAI tools to force multiply
• Balance prioritization and trade-offs across customer experience, features, profitability, and operational support
• Collaborate up, down, and across the broader organization to deliver high-quality products on schedule
• Effectively manage multiple product development programs simultaneously across different stages
• Proactively identify and resolve strategic and tactical obstacles impeding team performance goals
