• Experience managing technical products or online services.
• Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.

Responsibilities

• Own the definition, design, development, and launch of hardware and software products that delight customers — hands-on, from concept to ship.
• Lead the development of product strategy and vision supported by internal and external analysis, including AI-native and agentic AI experiences.
• Define creative, high-quality, simple product roadmaps and make crisp prioritization decisions.
• Write detailed business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications that engineering teams can build from directly.
• Rapidly prototype solutions independently — create mocks, wireframes, or basic functioning prototypes without waiting for engineering or design resources.
• Partner deeply with software and hardware engineering teams daily — participate in design reviews, make trade-off calls, and unblock delivery.
• Manage backlog prioritization and trade-offs among customer feedback, business opportunities, performance, and operational load.
• Proactively identify and resolve strategic and technical issues that may impair the team's ability to meet goals.
• Drive measurable business outcomes — define success metrics, track results, and iterate based on data.
