What You'll Do

• Improve operational efficiency through automation, AI-enabled workflows, and KPI-driven product management.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience, including ownership of enterprise or internal-facing products and GTM motions spanning marketing, sales, account management, and support.
• Strong discovery and prioritization skills, including structured requirements, stack ranking, and the ability to create decision-quality clarity, sequence work with incomplete inputs, and navigate stakeholder disagreement.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional delivery teams in an agile environment, including vendors or implementation partners, and influence Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, Finance, and Technology without authority. Communicates effectively from detailed user and workflow discussions through executive-level narratives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, plus familiarity with GTM tools supporting pipeline, forecasting, territory management, enablement, and marketing automation such as Marketo; Salesforce Certifications are a plus.
• Experience with RevOps practices in a high-volume B2B or SMB environment, including legacy-system migration or retirement and enough exposure to subscription, pricing, packaging, or quoting systems to partner effectively. Experience in automotive is a bonus!
• Experience applying AI/agentic capabilities to internal workflows such as intake, triage, or recommendation

This is a hybrid role with in-office expectations determined by location and subject to change based on evolving business needs.

This position is open to applicants who are currently authorized to work in the United States and will not require employer sponsorship now or in the future.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $157,000-$161,000. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on a variety of factors, including geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
