Mobility Global is seeking an Associate Director, Commercial Vehicle Industry Sales Leader to drive revenue growth within the Commercial Vehicle Industry. Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in B2B technology or automotive industry.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets of $10M+ annually.
• Deep understanding of the Commercial Vehicle Industry ecosystem including OEMs, Fleet Management Companies, and Upfitters.
• Experience with consultative selling methodologies and complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with ability to translate market insights into actionable sales strategies.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and ability to work from Southfield, MI office in a hybrid capacity.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in B2B technology or automotive industry
• Proven track record of managing and developing sales teams while consistently achieving revenue targets of $10M+ annually
• Deep understanding of the Commercial Vehicle Industry ecosystem including OEMs, Fleet Management Companies, and Upfitters with established network of contacts
• Experience with consultative selling methodologies and complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with ability to translate market insights into actionable sales strategies
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and ability to work from Southfield, MI office in a hybrid capacity

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree with specialization in sales management, business development, or automotive industry focus
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics along with sales analytics and forecasting tools
• Previous experience selling data analytics, mobility solutions, or SaaS platforms to enterprise‑level commercial vehicle or automotive industry clients
• Demonstrated success in new market penetration and account expansion within the transportation or logistics technology sector
