Job summary

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
• Experience launching or managing digital products, internal AI products, platforms, or growth initiatives - to benefit our internal concierge sales team and clients.
• Strong ability to translate business goals into practical product solutions.
• Experience gathering and communicating product requirements and user stories.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive product decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize digital product experiences that generate high-quality leads for Confirmed360’s sales and concierge teams.
• Implement AI-driven solutions to drive efficiencies in the sourcing and quoting process for our sales concierge team.
• Improve the digital funnel from discovery to inquiry, including event pages, landing pages, and conversion flows.
• Partner with marketing to create product features that support campaign launches, partner promotions, and event activations.
• Identify and unlock scalable opportunities to capture, qualify, and convert client demand across all digital touch points.
