As a venture-backed company with a rapidly growing user base across 100+ countries, they're seeking a strategic product leader to drive their next phase of growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

1. Lead product growth initiatives focused on user acquisition, activation, and retention
2. Drive experimentation and A/B testing to optimize the user journey and conversion
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute high-impact opportunities
4. Develop and own growth metrics, creating data-driven strategies to achieve business goals
5. Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable product improvements
6. Build and manage a quarterly growth roadmap aligned with company objectives

IDEAL CANDIDATE BACKGROUND:

1. 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years focused on growth/conversion in B2B SaaS
2. Track record of delivering measurable business impact through product initiatives
3. Experience with web-based enterprise tools and products
4. Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
5. Bachelor's degree in relevant field

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
