Sr. Manager, Growth Marketing - Paid Search / SEM

OUR TEAM AND SUCCESS

Quince is a retail and technology company co-founded by a team that has extensive experience in retail, technology and building early stage companies. You’ll work with a team of world-class talent from Stanford GSB, Google, D.E. Shaw, Stitch Fix, Urban Outfitters, Wayfair, McKinsey, Nike etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Play a crucial role in Quince’s growth story managing one of the biggest paid channels which has grown 400% YoY and continued growth potential.
  • Focus on text ads component of Google ads and eventually expand to PLA as well as Display programs.
  • Scale text ads - designing the strategy/account structure and providing strategic recommendations and performance insights.
  • Grow our SEM program to over nine figures in annual spend.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of managing Paid Search programs with large budgets with a focus on text ads. PLA experience is a plus.
  • Expertise in Google Adwords, Google Ads editor along with experience in Bing Ads.
  • In-depth understanding of Paid Search campaign management and optimization best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
  • Be a proactive self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced, results-oriented work environment.
  • Have strong program management and organizational skills, being able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities with ease.
  • Test, Learn and Scale mindset.
  • Strong proficiency in Google sheets.
  • Experience with Google Ads scripts.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with visualization & analytical tools like Looker and SQL.
  • Experience with tools like SA360, SKAI or Marin.
  • Understanding of attribution models, measurement frameworks, and automation tools.

We rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. Bonus eligibility varies by role and is determined based on the position’s impact and contribution to our strategic goals.

Pay Range: $100,000 - $350,000 USD
