$167,000.00/yr - $189,000.00/yr

What We’re Looking For

We seek a Senior Growth Product Manager to lead initiatives that expand our customer base, improve conversion rates, and increase revenue. This role combines data-driven decision-making with creative experimentation to unlock growth opportunities across our product funnel.

This role requires collaboration with marketing, sales, engineering, and customer success teams to build and optimize experiences that accelerate adoption and expansion. What You’ll Do

• Focus on our growth funnel, from acquisition to retention, emphasizing self-serve adoption, activation, and expansion.
• Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies, including pricing, onboarding, and feature expansion.
• Define, analyze, and track key metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with engineering and design to build scalable growth features.
• Write detailed PRDs and translate business needs into technical specs.
• Collaborate with marketing on in-product campaigns and referral programs.
• Work with partnerships to develop shared KPIs and customer success initiatives.
• Conduct A/B tests, user interviews, and cohort analyses to inform product improvements.
• Maintain a growth experimentation roadmap with documented outcomes and learnings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Proven success in driving growth through experimentation and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of growth frameworks like AARRR.
• Experience with analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment, Looker).
• Excellent prioritization, roadmap planning, and collaboration skills.
• Effective communication skills to align stakeholders.
• Strong product sense and user empathy.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, iterative environments.
• Bonus: Experience with accounting, finance, or fintech products.
