Nava, a public benefit consultancy, seeks a Senior Product Manager to drive our government digital services. You’ll partner with government partners and Nava’s engineering, design, and business teams to create simple, usable experiences for millions of Americans.

You’ll define vision and measures of success, prioritize features, and guide cross‑functional teams from discovery through delivery, while aligning with contract obligations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management for cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience shipping consumer web applications and defining product strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholder buy-in.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, goals, and success metrics for managed products.
• Collaborate with designers, analysts, and tech leads to translate research into requirements.
• Prioritize projects, features, user stories, and business metrics.
• Lead cross-functional teams to plan and ship initiatives.
• Socialize and iterate on product initiatives with government partners and contractors.
• Prioritize roadmaps with project management and inbound work.
• Represent Nava's outcome- and user-centric approach in discovery meetings.
• Understand end users and government partners' needs and translate data into action.
• Make tactical decisions to improve design and stakeholder buy-in.
