Job summary

Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Product Manager to advance government-focused digital services. You will partner with government agencies, engineers, designers, and business teams to define and deliver user-centered features that improve public services.

Your work will directly impact millions of users relying on secure, reliable government portals. You will lead discovery, shape roadmaps, and collaborate across Nava’s engineering and project-management teams to drive measurable outcomes

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner on Salesforce-based products.
• Hands-on understanding of the Salesforce data model (objects, fields, relationships, record types, page layouts).
• Experience configuring declarative tools (Flow, validation rules, permission sets, reports & dashboards).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience running and/or shipping consumer web applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for trade-offs.
• Bias toward action and ability to operate in ambiguity.
• Ability to define product objective and reverse engineer path.
• Identify market trends and adapt plans.
• Adaptive, empathetic, collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, goals, and measures of success for the products you manage.
• Collaborate with designers, analysts, and technical leads to synthesize market research and requirements.
• Define direction, scope, and priority from high-level initiatives to features and metrics.
• Develop and ship projects with cross-functional teams.
• Socialize and build buy-in for product initiatives with teams, partners, and contractors.
• Prioritize roadmaps with project management to govern inbound work.
• Represent Nava's outcome-centric approach in discovery meetings with agencies and contractors.
• Understand needs of end users and government partners we serve.
• Measure progress toward goals and translate data into action.
• Make tactical decisions to improve design and requirements.
