As a Product Manager, you will work directly with government partners and cross-functional teams to create simple, usable digital experiences that improve lives while aligning with Nava’s mission. You’ll set direction, scope features, and prioritize roadmaps, ensuring outcomes and user needs guide every decision.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Product Manager/Owner on Salesforce-based products
• Hands-on understanding of the Salesforce data model
• Experience configuring declarative tools in Salesforce
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience running and/or shipping consumer web apps
• Ability to build strong product plans and buy-in
• Excellent written and verbal communication for trade-offs
• Bias toward action in ambiguous situations
• Ability to execute with incomplete information
• Define product objectives and reverse engineer paths
• Identify market trends and adapt plans
• Adaptive, empathetic, collaborative mindset

Responsibilities

• Define vision, goals, and success measures for your products
• Collaborate with designers, business analysts, and tech leads to gather market research and requirements
• Define direction, scope, and priority for projects and features
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and ship projects
• Socialize and build buy-in for product initiatives with teams and partners
• Prioritize roadmaps with project management
• Represent Nava’s outcome-centric approach in discovery meetings
• Understand needs of end users and government partners
• Measure progress toward goals and translate data into action
• Make tactical decisions to improve design and requirements
