Flexport is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own and drive strategy across a large product domain in the commerce space. You will coordinate with engineering, design, sales, and operations to deliver cohesive experiences and measurable outcomes at a global scale.

You will mentor PMs, build analytics frameworks, and shape a multi-year roadmap. The role requires deep PM experience, strategic vision, and execution excellence in a data-rich logistics environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Own a product domain and lead long-term roadmaps across multiple teams.
• Data-driven with SQL skills to build metrics and answer questions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy across the Commerce domain for multiple teams.
• Build AI agents to automate core commerce operations like quoting and invoicing.
• Own end-to-end roadmap with prioritization and trade-off recommendations.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, Operations to align priorities.
• Collaborate across global teams with regular cross-border syncs.
• Use data-driven frameworks to guide investment and measure outcomes.
• Break down cross-cutting problems into concrete plans for teams.
• Represent domain in leadership forums and influence resources.
• Mentor PMs on writing specs, prioritization and execution.
