Flexport is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a critical part of our platform for global logistics. You will define vision and roadmap, ship features, and collaborate with engineering, design, commercial, and operations teams to solve hard problems at scale.

The role focuses on end-to-end mapping, tracking, and visibility of physical goods across the shipment lifecycle, impacting logistics managers, operators, and internal teams worldwide.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience or equivalent domain background.
• Experience solving complex logistics or system root-cause problems.
• Ability to build 12–18 month roadmaps with engineering teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially around tradeoffs and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver features for end-to-end mapping, tracking, and visibility.
• Own product area with 12–18 month roadmaps.
• Drive data intelligence to solve operational problems and define tracking experiences.
• Collaborate with execution, planning, and technology teams.
• Coordinate with globally distributed teams (Hong Kong, Europe, US) and China engineers.
• Use data to measure impact, build metrics, and track business outcomes.
