Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 2+ years in Amazon environment (per basic qualifications).
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote) and CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.
• Advanced Excel knowledge and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience in operations, risk investigations, and safety-related work.
• Experience with performance metrics analysis, process improvement, or lean/continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience in safety, risk management, or investigative work with strong judgment.

Responsibilities

• Executes high-judgment case investigations using SOPs and internal tools.
• Performs root cause analyses and data-driven deep dives to identify trends.
• Escalates recurring issues to stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborates with Operations Managers and Program Managers to align on process changes.
• Leads or supports SOP improvements, training enhancements, and tech implementations.
• Presents findings and recommendations to leadership during reviews.
• Partners across Last Mile to support DSPs and drivers safely and effectively.
• Applies strategic thinking to develop scalable, long-term program health.
