Forerunner is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Field Intelligence product area. You will own strategy and a roadmap enabling field teams to capture trustworthy data, gain operational visibility, and drive downstream compliance workflows.

The role emphasizes hands‑on product building, user insight, and end‑to‑end delivery across mobile and web. You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and Sales to ensure adoption and measurable value while balancing immediate

Qualificações

• 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Experience shipping AI-powered product experiences to real users and making them trustworthy in production.
• Ability to partner with Engineering and Design, framing problems, evaluating tradeoffs, and shipping end-to-end experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for Field Intelligence from data capture through review and resolution.
• Spend time with inspectors and operators to understand work practices and pain points.
• Identify high-leverage AI opportunities to improve fieldwork without compromising user control.
• Define success metrics: adoption, time saved, data quality, and customer outcomes.
• Lead discovery through interviews, pilots, and usage data.
• Develop rollout and change-management plans for regulated environments.
