Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management - Field Intelligence to own the technology strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of the unified Field Intelligence platform for the US Commercial organization.

The role leads end-to-end product development including dashboards, conversational analytics, proactive insights, and AI capabilities, partnering with Data & AI, Cloud, CRM, and Commercial stakeholders to drive field effectiveness and actionable insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field and 8+ years in technology product management or related areas.
Experience managing enterprise technology products from strategy through lifecycle.
Familiarity with analytics platforms and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Own the Field Intelligence platform strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle across data to user experiences.
Lead field analytics, dashboards, insights, and AI-enabled capabilities for field teams.
Partner with data engineering, AI, cloud, and CRM teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
