Job summary

GSK is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management – Field Intelligence to own the technology strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of the unified Field Intelligence platform supporting the US Commercial organization.

You will transform trusted commercial data into actionable insights, recommendations, and AI-powered experiences across dashboards, conversational analytics, proactive insights, and pre-call planning for HCPs and accounts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Science, AI, or related field.
8+ years of experience in Technology Product Management, Data & Analytics, or related disciplines.
Experience delivering enterprise technology products from strategy through lifecycle management.
Experience with enterprise analytics platforms, cloud data platforms, data products, APIs, and modern data architectures.
Technical depth to design or critique Analytics Ready Datasets, metrics, and semantic models.
Experience with AI/ML and familiarity with AI lifecycle concepts.
Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and communicate with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Own technology vision, strategy, roadmap, architecture, and lifecycle for the Field Intelligence platform.
Define multi-year roadmap to modernize field reporting, analytics, and intelligence capabilities.
Define target-state architecture across data, analytics, semantic, ontology, AI/agentic, and UX layers.
Balance new capabilities with platform modernization, debt reduction, security, scalability, and maintainability.
Define product success measures including adoption, insight quality, and business value.
Lead development of AI, generative AI, and agentic capabilities from concept to production.
Oversee UX across web, iPad, Vault CRM, chat, voice, and notifications.
Partner with stakeholders to ensure integration and governance across capabilities.
